Ainda no Domingo calhou-me mal o almoço e fiquei triste pois vejo nos foruns toda a gente a ter sucesso e a falar maravilhas e eu estou a utilizar esta máquina maravilha basicamente como amassador de massa de pão. Sinto-me um pouco triste e não sei como ultrapassar este problema. E boa sorte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;100 gr de azeite;&lt;br /&gt;300 gr de cebola;&lt;br /&gt;2 dentes de alho;&lt;br /&gt;300 gr de bacalhau desfiado;&lt;br /&gt;200 gr de batata palha;&lt;br /&gt;100 gr de azeitonas;&lt;br /&gt;6 ovos;&lt;br /&gt;salsa picada;&lt;br /&gt;sal q.d..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque a cebola e os alhos e pique 6 seg. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Com o copo limpo e seco, coloque a casca de limão e rale 15 seg., vel. 9.&lt;br /&gt;Junte as gemas, o leite, a manteiga, o açúcar e o sal e programe 4 min., temp. 70º, vel. 4.&lt;br /&gt;Adicione os restantes ingredientes (farinha e fermento), excepto as claras em castelo, e programe 15 seg., vel. 4.&lt;br /&gt;Junte as claras em castelo e envolva 7 seg., vel. 5. Fica aqui esta belíssima receita.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2 molhos de espinafres;&lt;br /&gt;2 chavenas de cha de aveia superfna;&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de farinha de gluten (pode-se substituir for farinha normal);&lt;br /&gt;pão integral ralado q.b;&lt;br /&gt;noz moscada q.b;&lt;br /&gt;sal q.b;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;Cozer os espinafres ao vapor durante 5 a 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Colocar os espinagres, um ou outro dente de alho, uma colher de sopa de margarina ou azeite e triturar na vel. 5-7-9, até ficar um puré homogéneo.
